MO-Line
The precision line for superior flexibility
The MO-Line is the flagship of Nilpeter’s complete, new range of modular presses.
A servo-driven, offset-based combination press for the broadest range of value-added solutions for labels, cartons and flexible packaging.
Fast make-readies from fully interchangeable units allow economical operation for even relatively small runs, using either film or paper-based substrates. The MO-3300 can also include a gravure printing module specially developed by Nilpeter for high-quality packaging applications.
FA-Line
The premium line for multi-substrate printing
With a freshly designed main frame and controls, the FA-Line is the latest technological advancement in narrow web UV-flexo combination printing.
Highly flexible and sophisticated machines, all FA-Line presses are equipped with direct servo drives for the main operating functions. Because there are no gears on the printing cylinders, it is possible to print on various film and paper-based substrates and free interchangeable screen units.
FB-Line
The value line for performance and durability
Featuring completely redesigned and versatile flexo presses, the FB-Line offers maximum business value and printing efficiency, with high productivity and simplified controls.
Options include running with one or more interchangeable screen process modules and a hot foil module, both based on Nilpeter’s exclusive Drop-In technology to increase printing options at an affordable price. The FB-Line uses helical gears on the print cylinder drives for a greater printing performance.
