JOB TITLE: Accounting Manager

LOCATION: Cincinnati, Ohio USA

NILPETER USA, INC. is looking for an Accounting Manager to join our team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Cincinnati, Ohio (Blue Ash area). The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience managing the US accounting function (in excess of $20M in sales) for an international organization. Highly analytical while being flexible and able to engage with key stakeholders. Capable of addressing complex data, working through the process, and assisting stakeholders in making informed business decisions. Hands-on daily accounting skills, proactive and a self-starter that can see opportunities and move forward with focus.

Responsibilities of the position include daily financial and cash flow analysis, management of the accounting team members, month-end closing and financial reporting to HQ, budgeting, tax filing, development and modification of existing fiscal policies for efficient reporting and work flow, compliance and related reporting.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Accounting
• CPA preferred but not required
• High level of proficiency in technology, power user of spreadsheet and MRP software
• Five years minimum experience in a medium size manufacturing environment (under 100 employees) or a combination of public accounting and a supervisory level experience in manufacturing
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check are required
